Every product that gets ordered is made, just for you. Your order needs to go through a series of steps- processing, production and fulfillment, and then it gets handed off to the shipping carrier. • Over 97% of orders get shipped within 5 business days. • More than 50% get shipped within 3 business days or fewer. To be clear, this is how long it takes for us to process and produce your made-to-order product, and does not include carrier transit times (i.e. the time it takes the carrier- UPS/FedEx/USPS- to deliver your package). Our fulfillment times are simply the amount of time it takes us to hand the package off to a carrier, typically the United States Post Office (USPS). The entire process could take as long as 10 business days before the package arrives at your door. If you don't see it by then, reach out.

At the moment, we do not ship outside of the U.S. This is just temporary. We need a little time to get our shipping rates and carriers ironed out. Thanks for your patience.

We accept refunds on clothing within 30 days. If you still have the original shipping package/box: The shipping label on your package will contain a return shipping address. Ship the item to that address. Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund for product amount. If the garment is defective, we will issue a full refund (product and shipping fees). Unfortunately, if you ordered the wrong size, we cannot issue a refund for shipping. If you do not have the original packaging: Fill out our contact form, and check the "Return an item" box. We'll reach out via email to take care of you.
